My jounrey with SleeveStars continues! I have recently gone back to lifting weights afer being away for a number of years. As I age I need to do more and more to stay in shape!
Fortunately for me, SleeveStars has been a great help. I have a knee brace, patella strap and now an elbow sleeve.
As I used dumbbells to lift weights, I notice my arms don't always have as much support as I need. One key exerice, tricep extensions, is where I feel the weakness the most. Curls and other exercises I don't feel the need as much but a little extra support can't hurt!
So I got a elbow sleeve to help give a little more support during the times I increase the weight. This sleeve has been great, giving me a bit more support when I need it.
I followed the sizing chart on the site and I HIGHLY recommend that! Their sizing has always been spot on for me. This sleeve is a large for me so I am happy that I chose this sleeve size because the sizing is true. But follow what the size chart asks of you and you will be happy!
